The 2026 NC Dixie Softball State Meeting will be held on Saturday, January 31, 2026, at the following location:
Moore County Senior Enrichment Center

Meeting Schedule
Doors open: 9:15 a.m.
Meeting begins: 9:40 a.m.
Lunch served: Approximately 12:00 p.m.
Adjournment: Approximately 2:30 p.m.
Please make plans to attend and meet the North Carolina Directors who will be present. A 50/50 drawing benefiting the scholarship fund will be held again this year, along with other prize drawings. The meeting will include valuable information impacting our leagues, as well as an awards presentation recognizing the dedication and hard work displayed throughout Dixie Softball.
Updates will be provided by the league hosting the 2026 NC Dixie Softball State Tournament, along with information for leagues wishing to bid on the 2027 NC Dixie Softball State Tournament.
Each league President must be present to have a voting privilege. Please ensure your league is represented by one or more representatives at the State Meeting each year. Coaches, umpires, parents, and volunteers are welcome to attend.
We are excited to have several vendors joining us at this year’s annual North Carolina Dixie Softball State Meeting.
The NC Dixie Softball Board of Directors Meeting will be held on Friday, January 30, 2026, beginning at 12:00 p.m. Discussion topics will include the 2025 and 2026 seasons, along with a District Director Workshop.
If you have items you would like placed on the agenda, please notify your District Director or contact me directly.
If overnight accommodations are needed, please inform the hotel that you are attending the NC Dixie Softball meeting.
